I went bust with J-J

Well I didn't think i'd go broke with this hand.

Sometimes I forget that the deck doesn't care that you haven't had a hand all day, sometimes the best hand you have all day loses, and that sucks.

I actually thought about this one for a few seconds.

There was 975 in the pot and i had 3,500 left and it was 400 more to call.

I knew erin wasn't raising much, but i really thought i could take down the pot right there. If i call and that flop comes it doesn't matter if she's got 2-2, i'm done with the hand. I almost always feel that pushing with the best hand is the play, but I think i put too much at risk for only an ok hand..

I had 9 laps left before i hit the felt, plenty of time to play small ball, but I felt that adding that 1,000 to my stack would definately give me momentum to start stealing a bit more. I really didn't give her a hand that strong. Oh well, I hate ace-king, i can't win with it and I can't beat it!
